Game Of Life

Life is a GAME so play with the desired end result in mind! Sometimes you lose and sometimes you WIN...Regardless the outcome, lack of participation and celebration of this life isn't an option. Positioning yourself with a good attitude is key. Play the game with a mindset that "TODAY IS MY CHANCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE"...Winning is a state of mind not circumstances, but FIRST YOU must BELIEVE!

GIVING....

Luke 6:38
New King James Version (NKJV)
38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
The Message (MSG)
37-38"Don't pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults— unless, of course, you want the same treatment. Don't condemn those who are down; that hardness can boomerang. Be easy on people; you'll find life a lot easier. Give away your life; you'll find life given back, but not merely given back—given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity

FORGIVE AND TRANSFORM ANY DARKNESS IN MY LIFE

I will realize my own worth when I accept . . . all aspects of who

I am are important.

Could it be that you cannot see yourself as a valuable and worthy person because you know how mean, ugly and nasty you can behave? Perhaps, because you have seen your dark side and know what you are capable of doing, it is difficult to accept that you are still worthy of love, honor and respect. If this is the case for you, relax! Everybody has a dark side and, it has nothing to do with whether or not we are worthy.

If you want to experience the fullness of the truth of who you are and establish an intact sense of self-worth, you must be willing to examine and explore your dark side. You must acknowledge how bad you can be. You must accept how horribly unloving you can behave. You must also admit to those times when the darkness got the best of you causing you to act like a real low-life. The dark side keeps you on your toes. Dark thoughts, dark habits and dark tendencies push you toward the light. As long as you are reaching for or, searching for the light, you stay above the darkness. This does not mean that the darkness doesn't exist. Nor does it mean that you should ignore or deny your own dark tendencies. It simply means that staying out of the darkness of your own mind serves as a very good motivation. The more you know about your dark side, the brighter you will shine in the light.

When you know how deep and dark your dark side is, it helps you stand a little taller in the light. You know better than anyone, "from whence you came!" When you know how far down in the darkness you have been or, could be, the knowledge pushes you a little farther, a little faster. When you have seen the faces of your dark side do not believe that they make you unworthy. Acknowledge them. Learn from them. Forgive them. When you can do that, you transform their energy into more light.

Until today, you may have believed that having a dark side makes you unworthy to seek the light or see the light. Just for today, remember that only stars shine in the darkness. Transform the energy of your dark side to enhance your star quality.

Today, I am devoted to forgive and transforming any darkness in my life!

Life Happens

"Sometimes things get worse, before they get better. Even after you climb one mountain, you have to go into a deeper valley to climb the next mountain. Life happens in cycles; sometimes you have to tear down before you can build up."

Thankful

We have so much in life to be thankful for. We walk, talk, see, hear, think and breathe -- usually without effort. Why do we spend so much time dwelling on what we can't do, don't have and what is going wrong? We can instantly recall the negative experiences, people and circumstances without recognizing we have the ability to walk away, get away or make a change. Perhaps we have too many options from which to choose. Or it could be we simply like to complain. Maybe if we spent just a little time saying "thank you" for what we do have, we won't have so much time to dwell on what we lack. Gratitude, praise and thanksgiving activate the divine laws of abundance. When the universe can see we are conscious of and grateful for what we have, it is activated to shower us with more. Even when it seems that the well is drying up, we can affirm, "I can hardly wait to see the good that will come out of this."

My cup runneth over always.

THE VERY BEST ABOUT MYSELF

I will realize my own worth when I

accept . . . myself exactly as I am.

Self Value = I know who I am!

Self Esteem = I am who I say I am!

Self Worth = I believe I am who I say I am!

Until today, you may not have been aware of how your knowledge of your value effects your self-esteem; or, how your self-esteem affects your sense of self-worth. Just for today, make sure that what you know about yourself influences what you say about yourself, because what you say about yourself influences what you believe about yourself.

Today, I am devoted to knowing, saying and believing the very best about myself!
